SB 840 Vote This Month

The State Assembly will vote on The California Health Insurance Reliability Act (SB 840) this month! The most important thing we can do to get this bill on the Governor's desk is to write to your assembly person, especially if they are one of the following people:

• Liu
• Saldana
• Cohn
• Baca
• Frommer
• Canciamilla
• Matthews
• Calderon
• Arambula
• Nation
• Parra

Write them and tell them why you support a single-payer system in California, and how it matters to you professionally, ethically, financially, or any other reason! See a sample letter here.

We WON'T make the same mistake as the last generation of physicians by remaining indifferent while our healthcare system becomes more and more corrupted.
